He had (unless he wiggled free of it), a purple collar with a black name tag with "Juany" on it. He is not an outdoor cat and is probably very scared and hiding. Our house is on Potter Park Loop, which is close to the entrance to I-90. (west of Reserve between Expressway and I-90) Please help- I have had Juany for 15 years, and am heartbroken about this.
